Delivery Times

Shipping Address

For your safety and ours, we only ship to the address confirmed in your order. Please ensure you provide a complete and correct address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We cannot modify the address once the order has been shipped.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or because it was not claimed, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. We will contact you to coordinate a second shipment.

Fragile Items

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend providing a secure address or using signature required options if available. For high-value orders, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout.
